I have worked with HMH for years both as a customer of sales and a customer of the service department for both the rig that I bought there and a subsequent rig that I bought from a rather slipshod dealer elsewhere. My experiences with the sales personnel, the administrative staff and the service department have been the best that I have ever experienced from any dealership of any car, truck, boat or RV ANYWHERE. Everyone is extraordinarily competent, friendly, efficient and anxious to go an extra mile to help me with my concerns. I cannot say enough good about this place and it's staff and the quality of the work that they do. Prices, BTW, have been fair and reasonable across the board.

The service department greatly exceeded all my expectations when repairing exterior damage to my 5th wheel trailer. It looks better than brand new. You would never know that there had been any damage at all. Very glad I made the choice to have my repair there. I would definitely recommend and go back for any other work.

I can echo that its fabulous reputation and skills are complimented by outstanding Customer Service of their Service Department Including Scott Vroon and Randy. This excellent customer service and know how was fantastic over the phone and equally wonderful upon arrival in person. This is precisely why I drove from the Eastern Tip of Long Island NY to have our work done by such professionals!
As I told my other half upon dropping our bus off for the transformation- " There is nothing that says confidence more then when I drove in and saw the service lot chock full of Fire Trucks, Ambulance and School Vehicles in the care of Holland Motorhome and Bus Company ." I believe that says it all.

All your staff from president, to Brad, to Shannon and Barb were very easy to work with us on the biggest purchase of our 40 years of marriage. We are very impressed with the capabilities of your company. What I observed around the shop gave me confidence also.The patience your staff provided and having the building available on a cold day to learn about our new LTV Unity and make the transfer of many things from our old RV to the new one was a good experience. I'm sure if we have any problems with our new Unity, both Holland RV and Bus Company and Triple E will be able to solve the defect. On a recent trip to Lake Michigan, the umbilical cord which mirrors the turn signals and brake lights from my motor home to my tow vehicle broke apart. I thought this would be a pretty standard purchase such that I could easily pick up another at most RV sales and supplier. I couldn't have been more wrong! I looked at several places and simply couldn't find a replacement. I checked Holland Motor Homes and found that it's not something that you have in stock either and I was beginning to think we would have to drive the tow vehicle back to Columbus, Ohio separately. That's when Jaclyn stepped in to save the day! She hand wired a new plug for us while we waited at the parts store. I can't thank her enough! She is the only person I found that was willing to go above and beyond to help and get us back on the road safely!!! This speaks volumes to the quality of personnel of Holland Motor Homes employees! Hats off to Jaclyn and THANK YOU!!!

Volta Power Systems today announced the launch of retrofit lithium ion power systems through a strategic partnership with Holland Motor Homes. Volta's automotive-grade lithium ion technology was previously only available to RV OEMs, however through the strategic partnership with Holland Motor Homes, RV owners can now upgrade their current RVs.
"Several RV owners have expressed a desire to retrofit their RVs with a safer, more powerful energy solution,"said Jack Johnson, co-founder of Volta. "We worked to find a trusted, strategic partner to integrate the complete Volta system into existing RVs to fulfill the need."
One RV owner who approached Volta Power Systems about retrofitting was Robby Coyle. Coyle recently purchased a 38' 2017 Thor Outlaw. After a close call with carbon monoxide from a generator, Coyle made the decision to invest in a Volta Power System. "I purchased the RV to travel our country's national parks with my family and pets, but didn't feel comfortable running the generator or leaving my dogs in the RV," said Coyle. "Volta's products are the future in safety for RV."
Volta uses tested, automotive-grade lithium ion technology to provide more energy with less noise, space, weight and charging time than traditional methods. The energy systems are designed for recreational vehicles, marine applications and specialty commercial vehicles like bucket trucks. Volta systems can charge directly from the engine, eliminating the need for generators and the carbon monoxide risks they bring.
Holland Motor Homes installed a 13.5 KwH Volta pack into the Thor Outlaw. "Working closely with the team at Volta, we completed our first Volta System installation in Mr. Coyle's RV," said Scott Vroon, service manager at Holland Motor Homes. "Testing showed 22 hours of run time, with no generator or shore power hook up." Tests also showed four hours run time running the entire cabin including two air conditioning units.
