We were on the road from Fairhope Alabama on the coast toward the UP and had an issue with our new Wonder leisure 2024 bottom freezer track. I called this dealership yesterday to arrange them looking at it. We got here last night to be here when they opened. Everyone was extra kind, fast friendly efficient service, allowed us to dump and fill up our freshwater. Could not ask for a better experience!

After repeated disappointments with our local Holiday Rambler dealership, we brought our motorhome to Holland Motorhomes for service. What a breath of fresh air. We were treated with respect and courtesy, they lock the gate at night for security, and they plugged in the electric. Repairs were done thoroughly, service was done by competent technicians. We love our 2005 Damon Challenger Thanks Brad. ** updated review ** We had our car set up to tow behind our motor home at Holland motor homes Not impressed. They messed up a couple of things and had poor communication. We did get it straightened around but were not impressed with service department. We recently got a different car to pull behind our motor home and will not go back to Holland motor homes to have work performed. We will go to a trailer place in Muskegon instead.

We were in the U.P., and our latching relay in our 2006 Leisure Travel Van stopped working. Called them & spoke with Jaclyn, the Parts Manager. She knew what a latching relay was & had one in stock. We drove down to Holland, and Jaclyn had it waiting for us. Outstanding!

We just finished our first trip (3,700 miles) with our 2019 Coachmen CrossFit camper van that we purchased from Holland Motorhomes in October, 2022 that was sold on consignment. Everything went fine without any problems. Our salesman, Jeremy Smit, is the ultimate professional. I believe he is honest, knowledgeable, personable, patient and is not a high pressure salesman. He was straight forward with us in telling us why the original owner was selling the vehicle. I have been in contact with the original owner a few times asking him questions about the history of the vehicle itself. Jeremy was in contact with us during the period of negotiations and advised us through the whole process of purchasing. He even came in on a Saturday morning (when Holland is normally closed) to let me test drive it before making a final decision. He had the service technicians look over everything to make sure there were no major problems and everything was operating properly before turning it over to us. On the day of pickup, Jeremy told us to expect to spend at least 4 hours or more if needed to learn how to operate and care for the van. Our technician was knowledgeable and patient and even offered to winterize the van. Holland Motorhomes put together all the paperwork as far as registration, license, sales taxes, etc. for out of state buyers. It was an easy process to get it registered in my home state of Illinois. I only wish that they were closer to me so I can use them for service. The only problem I have is that the outer dually rear wheel was mounted blocking the inner wheel air stem. I will need to contact Holland to remedy that when I'm in the area in the summer. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy Smit and Holland Motorhomes for any RV needs.

We bought a Renegade XL from Holland. We are thrilled with the rig but we were REALLY impressed with the whole crew. Jeremy Smit our salesman was very easy going - no pressure. Lisa in the office was sweet and helped us with all the paperwork. Brett and the service team provided top notch friendly customer service. Our service tech Kyle Goresch was amazing. He spent hours with us explaining all the features inside and out and patiently answered all our questions. They didn’t let us drive off that lot until everything was perfect! Worth the trip from NH. Highly, highly recommend!

We also had a few issues within the cabin that Scott the service manager helped us with even though they had a large workload. Update: Since I wrote my last review and the fact that I could not delete my review I was allowed to edit it. Although the State of Michigan lost paperwork (MSO)needed that would allow us to register our coach in our home state of Texas. Lisa and Jeremy did what they could to remedy the problem by getting the manufacturer to reissue another MSO and overnighted it to us. It showed up the next morning at 7am and gave us time to complete the needed inspections required by Texas and completed the registration by the afternoon. Needless to say we are grateful that the folks from Holland jumped in and resolved things quickly. This is the third coach we have bought through Holland and will buy next one through them as well.

We took a 2021 Unity Twin Bed to Holland Motor Homes in Holland, MI last week for a repair on some paint damage that was caused by a bird strike. Dan at Holland Motor Home did a swift and thorough job of painting and coating about 5 square inches of the Unity’s surface. Can’t tell there was ever any damage. While we were there Kyle diagnosed and repaired a low-voltage problem we had been experiencing since we picked up the Unity last winter and he did the fridge recall work. Turned out the cable connections to the house batteries were loose right out of the factory. He also realigned the door. It had been rubbing on the door jam. Cindy in the service office scheduled the repair at our convenience. It is a pleasure to work with these folks including Brent, the assistant service manager, who kept us informed.
